Our shipping season in normally October through May. Exact dates vary with the weather. If the website is not letting to process your order, we have not opened up all types of shipping yet. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using United States Postal Service and UPS.
USPS does not guarantee 2 day/3 day delivery. If you have an issue with a shipment, please contact us so we can help you file a claim with USPS. Claims do not cover items because they spoiled. If you are concerned about the length of time or the weather having an impact on your shipping, please use UPS 2 day at check out. Once the package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any damage or spoilage due to long ship times.

Because we are shipping perishables, we use Monday and Tuesday as our primary shipping days.
The delivery time may vary depending on your specific location. While rare, inclement weather and other factors beyond the control of UPS, USPS or the Maple Leaf Cheese Store may impact delivery times. We are not responsible for boxes that are delayed out of our control.
Please check that all addresses are correct. We do not honor re-shipments due to incorrect addresses.
If you’ve ordered a weighed item from us please note that there will often be some variation in weight – some pieces might be a bit under the weight you ordered and others might be a bit over – it tends to work out on balance.
We do our best to ensure that you receive our products in excellent condition. If your package was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective please contact us promptly so we can investigate each situation. Do not throw away product if you are reporting it damaged or defective. If your product is damaged upon receipt, we may request detailed information regarding the type of damage and a photograph of the damaged item(s) for our records. If the products of concern are perishable, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product so that we may take whatever action is necessary to begin the replacement process. We are not responsible for delays in shipment causing damage or spoilage.
With the impact COVID-19 has had on the shipping carriers, we are only guaranteeing UPS 2 Day and Next Day packages. We highly recommend shipping Holiday packages early this year.
